The Process
A Project Strategy Review is a structured process that unfolds over several weeks.
1. Initial Strategy Session (60 minutes)
We begin with a focused working conversation about your project, its current stage and your goals. Together, we clarify where the project stands and what type of strategic review will be most valuable.
2. Independent Review & Analysis
Next, I review your materials — scripts, treatments, budgets, decks, schedules or other relevant documents — and analyze the project’s positioning, feasibility, scale and forward path.
3. Strategic Feedback Session (60 minutes)
Within 10 business days, we meet for a detailed feedback session. I share key observations, pressure-test assumptions and outline practical next steps toward development, financing, production or distribution.
Following this session, you will receive a written summary outlining key takeaways and prioritized recommendations.
4. Follow-Up Strategy Session (60 minutes)
Within 90 days, we meet again to assess progress, refine the strategy and adjust based on new developments.
